PURPOSE:To increase the productivity as well as to secure the insulation efficiency of long life for the subject field coil by a method wherein a conductor is wound around while performing a powder coating, and then an armor-coating is performed on the above using flexible type resin. CONSTITUTION:A flat type conductor 10 is passed through a powder-coating device 20, the conductor 10 is wound around while applying a powdery coating material, and a blank coil 13 is obtained. Then, the field coil 15 is formed by performing a dip-coating armor insulation process 14 on the outer circumferential region of the blank coil 13 using flexible type resin such a vinyl chloride resin. As a result, interlayer insulation can be accomplished using a simple process, unnecessitating the use of an interlayer insulation paper, and the magnetic coil having the insulation efficiency of long life can be obtained at a low cost. |
