PURPOSE:To remove disorder of a waveform due to noise, etc., and to output a pulse waveform, by receiving each edge part only once during a prescribed time from the edge parts of rise and fall of an input signal, and inhibiting the edges of rise and fall generated thereafter. CONSTITUTION:An input waveform A from a terminal 100 is amplified by an amplifying circuit 10, is shaped to a square wave signal B, and is inputted to an FF30 through NOR gates 50, 51. To a clock input (phi) of this FF30, a clock CP1 higher than frequency of the input waveform A from the terminal 100 is inputted, its output is inputted to an AND gate 40, also is inputted to an FF31 of the next stage, and its inverted output is inputted to an AND gate 41. Also, to a clock input (phi) of the FF31, a clock CP2 which has frequency-divided the clock CP1 from a terminal 120 is provided, and an output of the FF31 is provided to an FF32. Also, an output of the FF32 and its inverted output are provided to the gate 41 and 40, respectively, an NOR gate 51 and 50 are controlled by outputs of the gates 41, 40, and the respective edge parts are received only once. |
