PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio data forwarding system for performing forwarding so as to collect the costs and motivating continuous forwarding. SOLUTION: In a system for raising forwarders having common suitability by subscription, this system has a control server having a function to connect the forwarder raised by a publisher, who publishes public advertisement information on an information medium, and a function for subtracting the used system frequency from the remainder of an ID card for system charging after the connection, a forwarder database having data for authenticating the forwarder and data for confirming the remainder of the ID card for system charging, a publisher database having data for authenticating the publisher and data for confirming the remainder of the ID card for system charging, an audio database for registering voice messages, and a voice storage board for storing voices. |
