PURPOSE:To prepare a powdery refreshing drink containing powdery embryo oil, and its tablet, resistant to oxidation with air and to degradation with time, by adding a water-soluble powdery embryo oil coated with an emulsifying agent, to powdery refreshing drink. CONSTITUTION:Embryo oil is emulsified with water and an emulsifying agent such as gum arabic, casein sodium, etc., and spray-dried to obtain powdery embryo oil. The powder is added to conventional powdery refreshing drink or tabletted using starch paste. |
