PURPOSE:To make non-isothermal absorption possible, by arranging a pair of weir plates and a plurality of small chambers divided by a gas seal plate extending into an absorbing solution in tiers and providing a conduit for gas to be absorbed to the bottom part of each small chamber. CONSTITUTION:An absorbing solution 7 is supplied to the uppermost small chamber 1 and floods over the weir plate 5 of the small chamber 1 to successively flow downward. Gas 10 to be absorbed being adiabatically compressed is supplied to a gas pipe 3 and discharged in the absorbing solution 7 from the gas dispersing hole 6 of the gas pipe 3 of each small chamber 1. The absorbing solution 7 having the gas 10 to be absorbed dissolved therein holds heat of dissolution. A low temp. heating medium 8 is supplied to a heating medium pipe 2 and the heat of dissolution held by the absorbing solution of each small chamber 1 is transferred to the heating medium 8 to recover said medium as a high temp. heating medium 9 on the outside of the system. The opening degree of each gas dispersing port 6 can be determined by the positional relation of the small chamber 1 with due regard to the supply quantity of the gas and heat pressure. |
