PURPOSE:To obtain a device which can easily make the maintenance to prevent malfunction due to dirt by toner, etc. by detecting a synchronizing mark provided for a moving member with a mark detection means fitted to a recording operation member and generating a synchronizing signal. CONSTITUTION:A belt shape photoreceptor 3 as a recording body is driven toward the arrow A with a driving roller 4 and a driven roller 5. A synchronizing mark 11 is provided on the photoreceptor 3 and detected with a mark detecting means 10 fitted with a recording processing member 7. Based on the detected synchronizing signal, a timing for operating a recorder is taken. Since the mark detecting means 10 is fitted to a charger 701, the means 10 can be disconnected from the recorder 2 by drawing out the charger out of the recorder main body at maintenance. |
