PURPOSE:To simplify readout of the boot loop, etc., by installing plural replicate gates in the straight line section of the boot loop, and connecting in series the conductor of the gates mentioned above with the conductor for the replicate gate of the minor loop for storing information. CONSTITUTION:Plural replicate gates 12-1, 12-2, -12-7 are installed in the straight line section of a boot loop 3-1 and the conductor of these gates and conductors 11 and 13 for replicate gate of minor loops 3-2,-3-n for storing information are connected in series. The other part is configured with a bubble generator 1, a major line for writing 2, a major line for readout 4, a bubble detector 5, and swap gates 6-1,-6-n. |
