PURPOSE:To detect water leakage in high accuracy, by detecting absorption of infrared-rays generating from incandescent coke with steam and gaseous CO generated from leaked water. CONSTITUTION:Infrared-rays irradiated from incandescent coke 5 are absorbed with steam and gaseous CO generated from leaked water existing in the inside of a raceway 4 and pass through an inspection hole 36, a condenser lens 61 and a revolving filter 62 and arrive at a photoelectric convertor 63, and its outputting force is amplified by a preamplifier 64 and are stored for a while in a storing device 65. The filter 62 is fitted with band pass filters 101-103 centering a wavelength lambda1 absorbed in H2O a wavelength lambda2 absorbed easily in gaseous CO and a wavelength lambda3 which is not easily absorbed in steam and gaseous CO. Signals I(lambda1)-I(lambda3) which are fetched in synchronization with the revolution of the filter pass from the device 65 to a signal switching device 7a and arrive at a density operator 8 and the density of steam and gaseous CO are operated. |
