PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of a fish paste product, and to prepare a product having desired shape, by extruding the raw material in a pipe, heating the raw material from the outer circumference of the pipe, and cutting to a definite length. CONSTITUTION:The raw material of a paste product composed mainly of fish is charged into the hopper of a molding machine, formed to a desired shape by the machine, and combined with other raw materials having different colors. The raw material charged in the hopper is pressed by the molding machine and extruded through the nozzle into the pipe 3 connected with said nozzle. The raw material extruded in the pipe 3 is heated by passing the pipe through the heat forming apparatus furnished with steam heater, hot water heater, infrared burner, etc. The product is cooled with a cooling apparatus to attain a desired hardness, and cut with a cutter. |
