<p>PURPOSE:To minimize a difference between a picture actually desired to be viewed and a reproduced picture, by detecting a pulse from a control head based on still or slow reproducing instruction signal and controlling the speed of a capstan motor with the pulse. CONSTITUTION:When a still operation start signal S1 is inputted when a control head 11 runs on a recording track, a control pulse is detected at a detection circuit 13 and a delay circuit 14 is triggered. A capstan motor stop voltage generating circuit 15 is operated with an output of the delay circuit 14, a stop signal is outputted and applied to a capstan motor drive circuit. Thus, a tape is gradually stopped to be changed over into the still reproduction mode.</p> |
