PURPOSE:To allow a container to automatically contain a constant quantity of liquid by fitting an overflow pipe which can be made open to the air at its lower end to the hole of the container at a prescribed position, and then connecting a return pipe, connected successively to the overflow pipe through a valve, to the lower part of the container successively. CONSTITUTION:An overlow pipe is linked to a hole made in a container for containing a liquid at a prescribed position and can be made open to the air at its lower end. Further, a return pipe is connected successively to the overflow pipe through a valve, and the other end of the return pipe is connected successively to the lower part of the container. For example, a three-way valve is fitted to an intake and outlet 2 bored at the lower part of the container 1, and an introduction pipe 4 and a discharge pipe 5 are linked to it. Further, a hole 11 is bored in the upper throat part 1a of the container 1 at a prescribed position, and the upper end part of the overflow pipe 12 is linked to it. A three-way valve 13 is provided to make the pipe open to the air and a return pipe 14 is fitted while the other end of the pipe 14 is linked to the lower part of the container 1. |
