PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to facilitate the assembling by employing a lubrication-free bearing member at the sliding section receiving face of a stem bearing and a link mechanism section thereby stopping the supply of the lubrication oil into the impeller boss. CONSTITUTION:The lubrication-free bearing members 38, 39, 40 burried with the synthetic resin or the carbon are mounted on the stem bearing 20 while a bearing member is also mounted on the sliding section receiving face of the ball joint. Consequently the lubrication oil in the space of the impeller boss can be eliminated. Since only the intrusion of the water is needed to be considered for the impeller seal 24, it is simplified and the impeller hab 17 can also be made thin. As a result the space L of the impeller boss is enlarged and a small size movable vane pump can be manufactured. Furthermore the conventionally required pump and the piping for the lubrication can also be eliminated, resulting in the simplification of the structure and the facilitation of the assembling. |
