PURPOSE:To make the manual removing of a molded piece unrequired, by carrying out the releasing of the molded piece from an jection pin by rotating the ejection pin. CONSTITUTION:Both molds 4, 5 are closed, a prefoamed raw material is fed into the molds from a feeder 9, heating steam is fed around the molds 4, 5 through a steam pipe 6, and part of the steam is introduced through a pluraity of holes in the molds 4, 5 into the molds to carry out the foaming to obtain the molded piece 20. Then water is sprinkled through sprinkling pipes 7 to cool molds 4, 5 to complete the foaming, the male mold 5 is moved to the right, and operating plate 19 is also moved to the right so that each eject pin 12 is moved to the right against a returning spring 18. During this movement, a guide pin 17 provied on the pin 12 is moved in a cam slot 16, and the latter stroke of the guide pin 17 causes it to engage with arcuate part 16a that it is rotated clockwise, and therefore the molded piece 20 and the ejection tip 15 are disengaged to allow the molded piece 20 to drop. |
