NEW MATERIAL:A piperazine derivative of formulaI(R is lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl) and its salt. EXAMPLE:1-(3-Trifluoromethylphenyl)-4-isopropylpiperazinium dichloride. USE:Analgesic: dose is 0.5-1,000mg/adult. day as the active ingredient and it is given in 2 or 3 portions. PREPARATION:For example, the reaction of a halide of formula II (X is halogen) with 1-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)piperazine of formula III is effected in a solvent, preferably in the presence of a basic substance at room temperature or under reflux for 3-10hr to give the objective compound of formulaI. |
