PURPOSE:To produce the tile foam having a uniform and fine cell structure and excellent heat-insulating property at high temperature, dimensional stability and compressive strength, by mixing a polyisocyanate with a polyol, a blowing agent, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst and a specified cell-opening agent. CONSTITUTION:A polyisocyanate is reacted with 100pts.wt. polyol (e.g., glycerin) of a hydroxyl value of 300-650, 0.5-2pts.wt. blowing agent (e.g., water), 0.2-15 pts.wt. fine powder (particle diameter <=100mum) of a bivalent or trivalent metal salt of an acid phosphate of the formula (wherein R is a 14-20C alkyl or alkenyl and n is 1-2) as a cell-opening agent, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst and a catalyst to obtain a rigid urethane foam of a cell diameter <=0.5mm, a density of 20-100kg/m<3> and an open-cell rate of 100-75%. |
