PURPOSE:To obviate the damage to a highly ornamental molded item due to the ejection of the molded item after the molding, and to eliminate the occurrence of a burr due to an eject pin boss, by molding ears integrally with side edges of the item, and ejecting the ears by ejection pins to release the item. CONSTITUTION:A resin is filled from a resin filling gate 3 to molds 1, 2 having a resin pool part 4 provided on the parting side away from the cavity surfaces to obtain the molded item A having the ears B, C integrally molded. Then the ejection pins 5, 5 mounted in the male mold are slidably ejected to eject the ears B, C extending from the molded item A itself to release the item A. This method is suitable for an article that should be highly ornamental such as an emblem, for example, a mark, ornament, lamp lens, cover, and the like. |
