PURPOSE:To prevent the leak-in of exposure light, by fixing a thin reinforcement plate to the full width at the tip of a pair of opposite light shielding films which are provided at the side of an original placing plate and at the same time adhering a lubricant having the wear resistance to the lower face of the reinforcement plate. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcement plate 13 made of a narrow and thin metal is adhered to the full width of the lower face at the tip of the lower light shielding films 1C and 1D plus the upper light shielding films 1A and 1B, respectively. A part of the plate 13 at the films 1C and 1D protrudes over the tip of a light shielding film 1, and the upper face 16 of this projected part is obliquely shaved off. At the same time, an elastic member 17 having the elasticity only in the up- down direction is adhered to the lower face of the plate 13 at the films 1A and 1B. In addition, a lubricant member 18 having the wear resistance such as ''Teflon '', etc. is adhered to the lower face of the member 17 at the tip of the films 1A and 1B as well as to the lower face of the plate 13 at the tip of the films 1C and 1D, respectively. |
