Arrangement for guiding and moving a rope 7 in relation to a rope drum 3 in such a way that the rope is distributed helically across the width of the rope drum 3 when being wound on and for following the side movements of the rope in relation to the drum when it is being unwound according to the helical pattern. It comprises guide members in the form of at least one roller 22 which is arranged to be driven by the rope 7 during reeling and unreeling. The roller is arranged to drive a hydraulic fluid pump 24, preferably a displacement pump. There is also a movement arrangement consisting of a hydraulic power device 14 which is coupled to the pump 24. The pump transfers pressure fluid to the power device. The latter then moves the guide members 22, 23, to which the power device is coupled, proportionally to the speed of the rope and in the direction which is defined by the direction of movement of the rope. <IMAGE> |
