PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to improve the quality of still images without upsizing an imaging optical system and increasing processing costs of moving images when imaging the moving the still images by using a common imaging optical system and an imaging element. SOLUTION: In a camera imaging the moving and still images by using a common imaging optical system 1 and an imaging element 3, if all of focal lengths of the optical system 1 are equal, an F number s of a maximum aperture in imaging the static images is set larger than the F number d of a maximum aperture in imaging the moving images.
