NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I (R1 is lower alkyl; R2 and R3 are lower alkyl or R2 and R3 are bonded to form 5C alkylene). EXAMPLE:1-(4-alpha,alpha,alpha-Trifluoromethyl)phenyl-2-methyl-3-piper idino-1-propane. USE:A drug having central relaxing action and durable action. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula II is usually subjected to Mannich reaction with formaldehyde and an amine shown by reaction III or an acid addition salt to give a compound shown by formula I. The amount of formaldehyde used in the reaction is <=1 equivalent based on the compound shown by formula II and that of the compound shown by formula III is 1-3 equivalents. |
