The composition contains paraffin materials and at least two constituents of metals of the second and third column of Mendeleev's table, their oxides or their silicates, improving the heat conductivity and may contain a second category of constituents improving the plasticity, such as kaolin, magnesium or talc. Compositions containing only the first category of constituents are solid at 25 DEG C and exhibit improved thermal properties. Compositions additionally containing the second category of constituents improving their plasticity are solid at 40 DEG C and can be employed above all in therapeutic applications and for calorific wrappings.
