PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform time capsule type information storage service that provides information stored after the lapse of a prescribed period while taking even measures on security into consideration, such as alteration prevention and secrecy securement. SOLUTION: An information storage part 10 is segmented into a storage place (information storage main body part 101) that can be accessed only from a storage system interface part 110 and a storage place (buffer 103 for reproduction) that can be accessed only from a reproduction system interface part 114. A transfer control part 122, which is independent of the storage system interface part 110 and the reproduction system interface part 114, performs information transfer from the storage place only for the information storage to the reproducible storage place, and information is stored into an information storage medium separated from a system by attaching restriction that makes reproduction impossible only for a prescribed period.
