发明名称 FORMATION OF ABRASION RESISTANT COATING LAYER
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve product yield and dimensional accuracy with reduced stages of treatments by ejecting an abrasion resistant alloy onto the surface of a rotary body to manufacture a thin metallic body, and joining this thin body to the surface of a structural metallic body. CONSTITUTION:An abrasion resistant alloy 1 is contained in a tubular vessel 2, and is melted by high frequency melting or the like. A roll 4 is provided below a nozzle 3, and the molten metal 1 melted in the vessel 2 is ejected through the nozzle 3 onto the roll 4 by the pressure of an inert gas. The ejected metal 1 is quickly cooled by contacting with the roll 4 revolving at a high speed, by which a thin metallic body 5 is formed. This abrasion resistant thin metallic body is laminated on the surface to be treated and while these are held in tight contact with each other without any spacing, these are subjected to a heating treatment, whereby the thin metallic body is joined onto the surface to be treated, and the abrasion resistant coating layer is obtained.
