PURPOSE:To contrive to economize the water and to save the energy of the bathtub by a method wherein the water overflowed from the bathtub is stored in a hot water storage tank and the hot water in the hot water storage tank is supplied into the bathtub when the hot water in the bathtub turns to be below the predetermined amount. CONSTITUTION:The hot water storage tank 3 is formed over the peripheral and bottom walls of the bathtub 1 and openings 2 are provided at the upper part of the hot water storage tank 3 in order to flow and store the overflowed portion of the hot water in the bathtub 1 in the hot water storage tank 3. When the hot water in the bathtub 1 turns to be below the predetermined amount, a detecting device 4 detects the state of the hot water in the bathtub 1, resulting in operating a pump 5 to supply the water in the hot water storage tank through a pipe 6 into the bathtub 1. The separation of the hot water storage tank 3 from the bathtub 1 may be also allowed. |
