摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a returning method for an electromechanical axial setting apparatus and an electromechanical axial setting apparatus capable of attaining quick return motion and an attenuated stop operation. SOLUTION: An electromechanical torque control method is a method of, especially, returning a frictional coupling in the electromechanical axial setting apparatus, of which one side is retained in the axial direction and the other side is attached so as to be movable in the axial direction, and of which one side is fixed so as to be rotatable in a housing and the other side includes two setting rings aligned on a common axial line. The setting ring of which the rotation can be driven, is connected to a motor in connection with driving, and the setting ring movable in the axial direction is loaded by a pressure spring toward the setting ring retained in the axial direction. In applying a positive voltage to the motor (application of a positive current), the axial setting apparatus is moved to a forward position. In conducting voltage connection cancellation (deenergization), the axial setting apparatus is returned to a starting position.
