PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable washing device with a simple and quick manufacturing method and needing no exclusive machine for assembly. SOLUTION: The washing device is composed of a rotating pedestal, rod like bodies, a rotor comprising fixing members, and washing bodies. The rotating pedestal has groove parts for attaching the washing bodies. The washing bodies comprise long foamed materials having a plurality of slits per predetermined intervals and they are formed so as to be wrapped around the rod like bodies and detachably attached to the rotating pedestal by the fixing members.
