PURPOSE:To enable to efficiently sensible-heat-exchange with exhaust gas containing corrosive gas by a method wherein the heat exchange body of the rotary type contraflow sensible heat exchanger is formed in reticulated structure made of vinylidene chloride resin fibers. CONSTITUTION:The rotary type contraflow sensible heat exchanger accomplishes its sensible heat exchange by rotating the heat exchange body 10, which is supported by a rotary shaft 11 to a casing 12, by means of the rotation of a drive motor 13 coupled with a belt 14 to rotate the heat exchange body 10. The reticulated structure formed with, for example, vinylidene chloride resin fibers with 0.2-0.5mm. in diameter is employed as said heat exchange body 10. Consequently, the highly efficient recovery of heat of industrial medium and low temperature exhaust gas with the order of temperature of 30 deg.C-100 deg.C containing corrosive gas such as halide gas, sulfur dioxide or the like becomes possible. |
