SOLUTION: A hard coating part 8 formed hard, for executing insulating coating of lead wires 2 is installed, and a buried base part 6 coated by insulating material and formed hard is installed on lead wire 2 end parts 21. Terminal parts 7 for connecting electrically the lead wire 2 end parts 21 to a circuit board 31 is extended from the buried base part 6 to form a mounting part 4, and a soft coating part 9 formed softly, for executing insulating coating of lead wires 2 is formed between the hard coating part 8 and the buried base part 6.
