PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene resin pipe of a two-layered structure capable of inexpensively manufacturing a polyethylene pipe for gas without impairing a yellow display to be used for gas or a shading property or the like. SOLUTION: A surface layer 122 with a thickness within a range of 0.1-4 mm comprising colored resin of natural polyethylene resin mixed with yellow pigment and, where necessary, a weather resisting agent and a heat resisting agent is integrally formed on an outer circumference of a pipe body part 11 comprising the natural polyethylene resin.
