摘要 PURPOSE:To heighten the dimensional accuracy and stabilize the quality of the heat exchanger by a method wherein an outer tube, an inner tube and radially connecting plates are molded into an integral body and heat exchange plates are radially inserted in the space formed between the outer tube and the inner tube in order to form the passages for primary fluid and secondary fluid by allotting every other space divided with the heat exchange plates. CONSTITUTION:The inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2, of both of which an heat exchanger main body is composed, and as well as four connecting plates 3 connecting the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 are molded into an integral body with plastic. An annular space A, which is divided into four chambers with the connecting plates 3, are formed between the inner and outer tubes 1 and 2. The heat exchange plates 4 made of plastic film are insertedly provided with intervals in the space A formed between both the inner and outer tubes 1 and 2 by inserting both the longitudinal edges of the heat exchange plates 4 into longitudinal grooves 1a and 2a arranged on the outer periphery of the inner tube 1 and on the inner periphery of the outer tube 2 so as to dividingly form the primary fluid passages 5 and the secondary fluid passages 6 by allotting every other division divided with the heat exchange plates 4. After that, the primary fluid is flowed in the passages 5 from the left side opening and the secondary fluid is flowed in the passages 6 from the right side opening so that both the fluids are flowed oppositely to each other, resulting in performing the heat exchange through the heat exchange plates 4 and the connecting plates 3.
