<p>A machine includes spaced resilient wheels journalled in and extending from an apertured upstanding support plate on a base, and carrying a pulley with a window in register with the aperture, and a resilient drive wheel secured to a drive on the support and in frictional contact with the pulley. Two opposed clamping plates to hold a paint container are normal to plate and disc and extend through aperture and window and are biased towards each other. A resilient friction drive wheel carried by the pulley adjacent the lower clamping plate has a shaft linking it to the plate and the upper plate is freely supported by a stud to permit container rotation.</p> |
