PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite fiber structure kind to the skin by using a fiber containing a ceramic emitting far infrared rays of a wavelength range having a high health-promoting effect. SOLUTION: The composite fiber structure is composed of a synthetic fiber containing a ceramics having high spectral radiance at a specific wavelength and a silk fiber containing homogeneously dispersed graphite silica as a specific natural mineral. The silk fiber containing dispersed ceramic is produced by feeding silkworm with a silkworm feed containing the ceramic. The fiber structure is obtained by combining the silk yarn with the synthetic fiber.
