PURPOSE:To enable to carry out grains to the outside of a drier machine and economize the power for a scattering runner by providing the rotatable scattering runner near to the lower part of an upper circulating port to a storage chamber of grains and stopping the rotation of the scattering runner for taking out grains dried up to the outside of the machine. CONSTITUTION:When grains are thrown into a hopper and a motor 30 is driven, grains are sent into a cylinder 4 at the center of a tub 1 by an auger 22, a lift 23, and an auger 2, brought to the upper part of a scattering runner 5 through a circulating port 4a, and scattered in a storage chamber 3 by the rotation of the said runner 5. When the storage chamber 3 is filled almost fully, a let-out valve 21 is opened, and a fan 19 and a burner 18 are operated. Then, grains are brought down in a drying chamber 17, and reach to a collecting chamber 20 as being dried up. The same operations are successively repeated, and after grains are dried up to a target value, a crank shaft 14 is operated to clear a roller 8 from a belt 13, and a belt 10 is made to idle for stopping the scattering runner 5. This construction permits to prevent grains from dropping from the cylinder 4, and take them out from an exit 1b of the tub 1. |
