PURPOSE:To facilitate the easy setting of a spindle and to prevent outer air from flowing into a disk loader to eliminate the dust, by making the inner diameter of a magnetic seal larger than the outer diameter of an upper bearing and at the same time providing a tap piercing hole to the spindle hub. CONSTITUTION:The inner diameter of a magnetic seal 6 is larger than the outer diameter of an outer wheel of an upper bearing 2 whose inner wheel is fixed to a spindle shaft 1. Thus a spindle hab 5 and the shaft 1 are cast into one body, and the bearing 2 is set to the shaft 1 as well as to the shaft 1 after setting the seal 6 into a housing 4. This assembly can be easily set into the housing 4 from the upper part. A magnetic fluid 24 can be easily indjected through a tap piercing hole provided at the area which is nearly coincident with a gap part that forms a magnetic field where the outer diameter of the shaft 1 of the hub 5 is opposite to the inner diameter of the seal 6. After the injection, the tap hole can be completely closed with a setscrew 19. |
