PURPOSE:To make a metal mold unnecessary by manufacturing insulation parts while wrapping creep paper around the mold. CONSTITUTION:A creep paper 2 is wrapped around the external face of a mold 1 having a predetermined shape (the figure shows the insulation parts in the manufacturing process.) to form it in a desired shape and dimension, thereafter adhesive is hardened, the insulation parts are separated from the mold 1 and the product is made through cutting and shaping of the end thereof. The adhesive can be used for adhesion at a normal temperature and adhesion through heating and thermal hardening adhesive can also be coated previously. The material quality for the mold 1 covers all solid material such as water, metal, plastic paper or the like for example. |
