<p>A food mould in which a ham is moulded and cooked subsequently serves as a package for the distributed prod. The mould comprises a container made of food quality plastic which is placed inside a close-fitting, rigid support vessel which prevents deformation of the container while the ham is being pressed. An intermediate cover fits over the ham and can enter the mouth of the container. After the ham has been cooked, the top of the intermediate cover is flush with the top of the container. Subsequently, an outer cover, pref. of plastic film or aluminium foil is sealed over the mouth of the container including the intermediate cover.</p> |
