PURPOSE:To obtain the uniform spacing between a bubble holding layer and a ''Permalloy '' pattern layer with a simple constitution, by providing an isolated pattern having the same material and same thickness as a conductor pattern containing the laminated ''Permalloy '' at the area near the conductor pattern. CONSTITUTION:An isolated pattern 9 is formed with a gap 8 secured to a conductor pattern 1 and bubble magnetic domain. the pattern 9 has the same material and same thickness as the pattern 1. A ''Permalloy '' pattern layer that transfers and detects the bubble magnetic domain is laminated on the patterns 1 and 9 via an insulated layer of the spin-coated resin. In such way, a bubble memory element is obtained with a small-sized and simple constitution. With such memory element, the uniform and good spacing is obtained between the bubble holding layer and the ''Permalloy '' layer. |
