LAMINATE OF NON-WOVEN FABRIC AND LOW WEIGHT FILM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a laminate of non-woven fabric and low weight film, which has maximized basis weight(g/m2) of polyolefin-based film, and still retains soft texture of the non-woven fabric, and which has the increased peel strength, and can be produced by using a simple manufacturing device, and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The laminate is obtained by the method comprising the steps of (i) melting a polymer having melting point of less than 250 deg.C in extruder(1) and extruding the molten polymer(2) in T-die(3) to form a film having basic weight of less than 20 g/m¬2; (ii) simultaneously providing the molten film(2) and non-woven fabric between cold lamination roll(5) having lamination protrusion and rubber roll press(6) and adhering the non-woven fabric(7) and polymer film in conformity with the lamination protrusion pattern to form a laminate(9) of non-woven fabric and low weight film.
