<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction in dehumidifying performance caused by NOX in a gas dryer of the heatless method and to raise the evolution efficiency of ozone, by connecting a gas dryer of the heatless method to a gas dryer of the heater method in series in drying a raw material gas. CONSTITUTION:A gas to be dried, a raw material, is dehumidified by the column 4 packed with a humidifying agent of the gas dryer 22 of the heatless method, dried by the column 4 packed with a humidifying agent of a gas dryer of the heater method, NOX contained in it is removed, and the gas is introduced to the ozonizer 1b. In the operations, the dried air is converted into an ozonized dried gas, introduced to the packing column 9 of the dryer 22 of the heatless method, which is in the process of reclamation, the humidifying agent is dried, reclaimed, and the gas becomes in normally humid state and is taken out. While a part of the dried gas is heated by the heater 7, introduced to the packing column 9 of the dryer 23 of the heater method, which is in the process of reclamation, water and NOX adsorbed on the humidifying agent are removed, and they are taken out of the system.</p> |
