PURPOSE:To increase the fluidity of a positive black mix to make pressure distribution uniform and decrease molding failure by changing the direction of a punching burr generated at the lower area of the inner circumference coming in contact with a positive black mix, located on the horizontal edge part of a positive electrode ring, toward inner wall side of this edge part, before using it. CONSTITUTION:A punching burr 2a generated toward the lower direction of the circumference of a circle from the inner circumference lower part of the horizontal edge part of a positive electrode ring 2 which has an inverse L-shaped cross section is bent toward inner wall side of the horizontal edge part of the ring as shown in Figure B. A positive black mix 1 is press-fitted into a positive container 3 together with this positive ring 2. A separator 4, an electrolyte impregnated material 5, a gelled negative electrode 6, and a negative container 8 interposed by sealing ring 7 are placed sequentially thereon, then the upper edge of the positive container 3 is bent inward to seal a battery. |
