The pacemaker comprises means for the reception of signals in the auricle and the ventricle, means for setting at least one time interval, at the termination of which a stimulation pulse is delivered to the auricle, respectively the ventricle, the stimulation being inhibited, in case of need, by a corresponding proper action of the heart, and switching means for triggering alternatively a successive stimulation of the auricle, either with a first delay with respect to a spontaneous action resp. a stimulation of the auricle, or with a second delay with respect to a spontaneous action of the ventricle, the selected time being a function of the moment where the action of the ventricle takes place. |
