Tanker vehicle with a preferably heat-insulated tank, in particular for pressurised fluids such as beer or the like, in which the tank is held on a mounting frame by means of saddle elements which are connected to it and constructed as bearing brackets. The mounting frame is connected itself to the vehicle frame. The tank is enclosed by a casing which is provided with stiffening profiles which are matched to the contour of the casing. In order to avoid relative movements between the tank and the casing, the latter is attached exclusively to the saddle elements and constructed as a self-bearing case structure. The saddle elements are supported on the mounting frame by means of elastic spring elements so that the said frame can experience distortion with the vehicle frame independently of the rigid superstructure. The invention permits complete prefabrication, independently of the vehicle frame, of the vehicle superstructure consisting of tank, saddle elements, case structure and mounting frame.
