The detachable bund has a waterproof canvas (3) that extends over a plate fence (1) forming a frame around the perimeter of a mobile tank (2). The edges of waterproof canvas are supported on the fence. The fence has modules formed by retaining panels, metal sheet or other material reinforced by a tubular frame. The fence modules are joined through lateral tabs and pins.
