The isolation and protection method involves cleaning a pile or pipe (3), and placing a two-part shell casing (1,2) or formwork around the pile or pipe to cover the pipe or pile in watertight condition. The liquid-form two-component epoxy resin in which two components are mixed properly is applied in the pile or pipe. The formwork is removed after the curing period of two-component epoxy resin is completed to form epoxy casting (12). An independent claim is included for a device for implementation of a method for isolation and protection of submerged structure such as pile or tube.
