PURPOSE:To grasp the conditions of a faulty terminal equipment side on a center side by storing all data arriving from a sense input part by a terminal equipment once the fault of a communication circuit is detected, and then sending out all the data to a center device after the circuit recovers. CONSTITUTION:Input data from a sensor 1 are normally edited by an editing part 12 for transmission through the input part 10 and discrimination part 11 of a terminal equipment 3, and then transmitted from a communication circuit 5 through a transmission part 15 and a circuit connection part 16. If the communication circuit 5 has a fault, the editing part 12 sends out the sense data from the discrimination part 11 to a storage part 13 in the order of reception in response to a fault signal from a fault detection part 19 to store all the data. When a circuit recovery signal from the fault detection part 19, the storage part 13 reads out all the data stored during the fault period in the order of input and sends them to a center device 6 through the transmission part 15, circuit connection part 16 and communication circuit 5. |
