PURPOSE:To achieve high-speed operation while enabling corrosive gas to be used, by insulating an input and an output from each other by using a photocoupler which has a self-holding circuit. CONSTITUTION:A photocoupler PC1 is connected in such a way that it has a self-holding function, and photocouplers PC2-PC4 are connected to an output L1 in series. The photocoupler PC2 is used for output leading-out operation and the contact signal of a switch PB is fed back to the input side of the photocoupler PC1 through the output of the photocoupler C3. Further, a photocoupler PC5 is driven by the output of the phtotocoupler PC4 and said contact signal is fed back to a series circuit of the photocouplers PC2-PC4 through the output of the photocoupler PC5. Thus, a 1/2 frequency dividing circuit wherein the output transistor of the photocoupler PC2 turns on and off once while the switch PB is operated twice is constituted. |
