PURPOSE:To prevent the decrease in an efficiency and the deterioration in torque characteristic of an armature coil by equalizing vectors of induced voltages of parallel circuits formed in case of changing number of poles with a single coil, thereby eliminating a circulating current. CONSTITUTION:A coil of each phase has four sets of coil groups. In other words, the first coil group of U phase is constructed by connecting coils C11, C12 contained in slot numbers 1, 7 and 7, 13 in series with one another and terminals U1, X1 are led. The second to fourth coil groups are constructed with coils C21, C22; C31, C32; and C41, C42, and terminals X2, N1; U2, U3; and U3, N1 are led. The other V and W phases are also formed in the similar developements. With this construction, the vectors of the induced voltages of parallel circuits produced in case of changing the number of poles with a single coil can be equalized, thereby eliminating a circulating current. |
