<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a time delay in the formation of an electric brake circuit by applying an emergency stop brake command to an air brake and composing a brake of an emergency 1 which prepares an electric brake and an emergency 2 which operates the brake. CONSTITUTION:When the position of a brake valve is set to ''an emergency 1'', a chopper CH immediately holds an OFF position, and line breakers LS1, LS2 are opened. Then, the prescribed deceleration of an electric motor vehicle is carried out by an emergency air brake. At this time, a converter PB is shifted to an electric brake position. When the position of the brake valve is set to ''an emergency 2'', the line breaker LS2 is immediately closed, and an electric brake is actuated. In this manner, the time delay of forming an electric brake circuit can be prevented by the converting time of the converter.</p> |
