PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve selection performance by heightening the dispersion effect of a material to be treated on a swung and conveying shelf, and effectively carrying out the sieving selection on a grain sieve by solving problems wherein the sufficient dispersion effects are not achieved by a conventional guiding function by a guide plate to cause dispersion in the following sieving selection, and the selection effect having high accuracy can not be expected. SOLUTION: The swung and conveying shelf being swung in the front and rear direction, and conveying the received material to be treated rearward is constituted of a backward sending rack part being swung and straightly conveying the material rearward, present at one side in the right and left direction, and an obliquely backward sending rack part being swung and obliquely conveying the material rearward while moving the material to one side, and present at the other side.
