PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen fish body-cutting apparatus which can solve a problem forcing an extremely inefficient work that comprises stopping a rotary blade at once and scraping cutting dregs adhered to the inside of a rotary blade-receiving portion with a spatula or the like, when frozen fish bodies are brought into contact with the rotary blade rotated at a high speed to remove the skins or the like of the fishes. SOLUTION: This frozen fish body-cutting apparatus 1 having a support table 3, a main body 21 supported on the support table, a rotary blade-receiving portion 5 disposed in the main body and having openings 28, 29 on at least the front side and the bottom side, and rotary blades 31 disposed in the rotary blade-receiving portion 5 is characterized by having fish body-cutting dregs S adhered to the inside of the main body. A means for removing the cutting dregs comprises gripping and rotating a handle 45 to rotate a scraping plate 43 together with a support shaft 41. Thereby, the cutting dregs S adhered to the lower side (inside) of a ceiling plate 21 are scraped with the scraping plate 43, dropped from the opening 29 on the endless belt of a conveyer, and then conveyed out.
